Nice page John! And good set of clues. I look forward to giving it
a try on a nice weekend.

Stone Needle

Hello,
I was hoping somebody could let me know if Stone Needle in New Jersey
is still there. I was there Saturday, and even though there were
some "obstructions", I thought I was able to follow the clues. But I
couldn't find it. However, it was worth it going there anyway. I was
just wondering if I should take a second shot at it or not. I hope I
haven't given anything away, as it is a mystery box.
Thanks in advance
Wingfoot

Hello Wingfoot!
Saw your stamp on Saturday at a few of the PCLG boxes..nice to see "you"
around..
Four of us stamped into "Stone Needle" on 4-8-01. It was a group effort, but
it was "there" and in good condition.
We where confused at the devices, the whole place was fogged in on that day
and we couldn't see 10ft in any direction..Once we turned our back on them,
we headed in the "right" direction..personally I only wanted to double step
once, but the decision of one to do it again was the difference , thank God
for my friend's!! I'd have stamped into far fewer boxes than I have without
them!!!
Oh, the joy of the "find"!!! Alway's such a thrill!!

Good luck!!
See Joy

I placed the Stone Needle. I haven't checked it lately, but I read that it
was found on 4-8. All the paces are double steps and not being able to see
more than 10 feet could be a problem at the devices. Remember, the degrees
are True north.

I'll try to check it before the weekend.
